Brand Building !

Launching a brand is not too difficult. Style, promotion, even gimmicky marketing will give a brand an initial shot in the arm. Its ascent may be meteoric, but cultivating a reputation takes time.

Reputation is even more intangible and permeates through all ares of business, from investors relations to social responsibility.
Establishing a brand reputation demands consistent delivery on the brand promise. The brand promise doesn't have to be terribly complex, but it has to be believable and sustainable. It takes at least three to five years to develop a brand that resonates strongly with customers. It takes time to nurture the body and soul of brands. There is no shortcuts. The relationship with the individual customer is the result of dozens, if not hundreds, of interactions.

Great brands maintain every touch-point with extreme precision, creating a relationship of trust with their consumers over time. The brands that have emerged largely intact after the recent economic slowdown were already at its onset. Strong brands recogonise opportunities for building even stronger ties with consumer's  during recession. That mindset is why they have more solid reputations to begin with. A brand can never assume that its reputation today will carry it forward into the future.

Research shows that a less than 1 in 200 chance that a leader will still be one 20 years later. Thats because many focus well in the present and fail to reinvent themselves for future environments.

Leadership is not a easy task to handle, Leadership needs good leaders, good rulers, good executers, good speakers, good trainers, good statergy builders, smart and aggressive individuals as a single package. This kind of people can handle the dusty-rusty situations pretty well.

Now what the industry(company) is expecting from individuals or senior managers(officials) of the company to do, to step up in their career chart ?.

Yes, a hardworking, young and talented professional of the company suddenly posted in to a leadership role by overtaking 15 senior officials of the same company. This man joined the profession two years back and working in the execution team, there he exposed his skills by agressive execution of the leaders plan and slight modifications to the leaders plan which improved the growth rate of the company and developed a better brand image. Here he build his own statergies and with the approval of leaders of the company, he executed it very well and acquired a bigger markert to the companies product. This is how he stepped up to the leadership level with in two years of work place experience and smart plans to sell his skills for his personal & career growth.

He never mind about 15 senior officials, when he was in execution team, nobody helped him to raise his skills out of his boundries. So, skill selling is one of the way to climb the leadership tree in an agressive and smart way. One should make sure that his agressiveness is not affecting his own growth.

Walk everyday and that keeps your worries and illness at bay.  This is the best story to the children's of modern world and to the youngsters.

Children's now playing much more than the early children's but only on the computer. Old generations used to play more in physical game, secondly mental game, now present generations concentrating on visual treats and not even exposed their skin to sun ray's. Its really pathetic on their side, no children's are encouraged to play in playground. All the parents wanted their child to be engineer or doctor but in the context they missed their child's joy on the playground. Mostly concentrating on studies in the mean time computer games, even in many schools physical education hour is not in the Time Table, many schools without play grounds. All these facts make the children of today very inactive and ill.

Coming to the youngster's who needs bike even to get a milk pocket or grocery in the nearby shop. They all should think over their own health and should walk at least a hour a day. Which will keep you fit and healthy. Even many youths of last decade are ill today and they are trying to walk 10,000 steps a day, just because they haven't given enough time and importance to stay fit. Today's and tomorrows youngsters can avoid the unfit and unhealthy state in your life, start walking today and stay fit forever.

Children's should come out of homes and play under sunlight and rain, infections should be treated, the joy is unlimited - the life is full of fun and filled with happiness.

Lets show the real world to our next generation. Lets educate them DAY and NIGHT. They will lead the tomorrows world.
